Is there a minimum amount that I must order?

Yes, a minimum order is 1 case. In the event that the item is sold by the each, you must order in a quantity of 6 or more.

When will my order come in?

We receive deliveries every Wednesday and Saturday. Depending on when your order is placed, it will be in on one of those days.

I'm using a phone/table and I'm having trouble viewing the catalog/sending my order. What's wrong?

Sadly, phones and tablets (ipads, ect). are not compatible with this area of our website. We highly recommend using a desktop computer to view the catalog and send your order.

How will I know when I can come pick up my order?

Once your order is delivered, priced and ready for pick up, our team will give you a call to let you know.

Why does it say that the prices on the catalog are not current?

The catalog is usually updated by the UNFI company about twice a year, however prices fluctuate more often than that. Feel free to request a price estimate on your order form when you're ordering.

There are some items that come by the each, can I just order one?

To get the Buyer's Club discount, items that are sold by the each must be ordered in a quantity of 6 or more.

I want to order something from the bulk section, do I have to order 6 bulk bags?

No, bulk items such as a 25/LB bag of rice are excluded from the "6 or more" requirement

Can I get the Buyer's Club discount on case items that aren't in the UNFI catalog?

No, Buyer's Club is restricted to the UNFI catalog only.
