Chautauqua Natural Foods reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program, including points accrual,

redemption methods, or rewards, at any time without prior notice. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged

for cash. Card must be scanned to accrue points. Points cannot be applied to your account after your transaction

has finished. Points are non-transferable and may expire after 12 months of inactivity. We are not responsible for

technical errors or system malfunctions that may affect points accumulation or redemption.

Any suspected fraudulent activity may result in the voiding of points and termination of membership.

Cards which have not been picked up within 6 months of signup will be removed from our system and recycled.
